The National Federation of Organic Agriculture ( FNAB ) reacted following the F1 project that could emerge near Flins in Yvelines, driving peasants just installed, bio or have to hire their conversion in the next months.

To support the ATM Ile de France, the regional grouping, the farmers concerned and all local associations against this project, the FNAB wrote to the three ministers concerned by this decision, dangerous to the water table, and incomprehensible in the development of bio wanted by the government. The mail has been supported by several national defense of the environment.

It took seven months to the farming community to agree to install, with the assistance of the Agency Green Spaces Regional Council of Ile de France, three farmers on 140 ha in Flins-sur-Seine and Les Mureaux ( 78). A study of agricultural soils and a study of technical and economic feasibility, the technical committee of the SAFER, the agency responsible for planning and development of rural areas, had settled in mid-October and appointed a grain and vegetable for two take over the farm in the Hague. It took several weeks to destroy this beautiful scenario, the benefit of a race track of Formula 1 . The three farmers had begun to cultivate the land ... and they are threatened with having to put the key under the door.

The Ile de France is a region where agricultural land is very rare. Even if the projects finally selected were not, from our point of view, the best presented - a project of "incubator" for organic gardeners were particularly favored by organic farmers and civic associations - the maintenance of agricultural activity rejoiced not only farmers but also the factory of Yvelines involved in the drinking water of half of Yvelines and the Hauts-de-Seine (400,000 consumers), since these lands are within its catchment area, and that new installed pledged to gradually convert to organic farming .

The Grenelle Environment has proposed tripling the agricultural area under organic production in 2013: although the Grenelle 1 has not yet passed, MPs seem unwilling to challenge this ambitious goal. The Ile de France in particular, is one of the affected areas in organic production, while the basin is the largest consumer in France: 4405 ha in organic production were identified in 2007, representing 0.8% of UAA in the region. These 140 acres from bio constitute the largest organic area of Ile de France, and cover 2% of 8810 ha in 2013 to convert if the region wants to follow the national movement in an environment where agricultural land and facilities are rare, it is not negligible.

Hereby, we declare our solidarity with the collective Flins without F1, and ask that you act according to your competence, or use your influence to:

· That the two are repealed prefectural orders of 21 October 2008, placing the current "Ferme de la Haye" in holding zone (ZAD). These orders are ignoring the blueprint of the Ile de France, intended to preserve farmland, are ignoring the decision of the SAFER and ignores the fact that these lands are not normally reserved for construction and agricultural use. They were taken to please the President of the General Council of Yvelines, in defiance of the refusal of residents of the affected land;

· That the Etablissement Public Foncier Yvelines, depending on the General Council, withdrew his pre-emption of the Ferme de la Haye, and abandoned his plans to set up a circuit of Formula 1 at this location.

So is the credibility of the Grenelle Environment, Water quality of Parisians, the maintenance of agricultural activities in the capital region, and the needs of consumers in this region.

This letter has the support of Action for the Environment, Adequacy, the Movement for the law and respect for future generations. In addition, Alliance for the planet said the project "Grenello-incompatible", and of course it is our view.
