The Committee is poised to European lift the ban on cutting of wines red and white to make a wine pink without any consultation.
This proposed regulation is in violation of know-how acquired by the producers of rosé wine for thirty years, safeguarding the producing regions and the expectation of the consumer who appreciates the true rosé.
Through this petition :
"I pledge to defend the pink whose quality is the result of winemaking and I am opposed to the pink can be a mixture of wine "
The rosé wine is full, I can compare it to one obtained by mixing cheap wine. The knowledge of wine can not be compared to that which could conch home.

Why not propose to the European Commission called WHITE ROSI ROSI or short for the mixture.
For foreigners unfamiliar with the acronym AOC Provence, wine country, so it would be easier to see and appreciate the difference.
