The competition of wines are increasing. Several naturally appear on the trend of women, as here with Féminalise .
Nice feat from the organizer Didier Martin and gather 250 tasters to judge no less than 1750 samples of 700 different producers from all over France. So, I was unable to attend, unless I disguise. Somewhat accustomed to the exercise, this contest is interesting to me also by the arrangement of tables and methodology. Instead of enjoying together between jurors, here joined by two ladies on the same table, as in a large classroom, do not taste the same wine as their neighbor. It is true that often, a clean environment at each table moves into the contest , led by the head of the table or one who has the most voluble. It can play on the note and the impression we get from the wine. So very good exercise!
This year's contest was chaired by Bléger Laetitia, Miss France 2004, daughter of winemaker grower located in Alsace. She knows her subject and has not been invited to play the vase.
