I just received an email the organizers of the famous show called Off The Beaujoloise . There were over 600 visitors in one day to finally Chateau Cambon in Saint-Jean d'Ardières, right in Beaujolais.

A big thank you to these three young people who come to shake our habits to immerse ourselves in this whole new world of :

, who developed a trade of , as , with the approach of selecting the grapes with his own team of pickers, just to ensure a healthy and ripe fruit. Then in his basement, he continues what he has learned his uncle Marcel .

Mathieu , son of Marcel, who works with his father to the field, in the heart of Villié-Morgon. The future looks bright with the same natural approach to life, people and wine.

Cyril Alonso's field of Ancestra, who readily says, or even small itinerant au naturel. This is the key word: natural! Its wines are amazing. He plays with the labels on its bottles, do not hesitate to surprise with incredible wines names like "Inflatable Castle" for example.
