For the first time in Nice, Glass Bottle holds two tasting evenings and private sales of organic wines . 16 winemakers bio -logic of great talent, will be at Hi-Beach private beach eco-chic of the Hi-Hotel designed by Matali, pupil of Stark. As the Hi-Hotel, which has been awarded the Green Globe, the Hi-Beach marks its commitment to environmental values through concrete commitments: kitchen -based organic products , solar showers, environmental cleaning products, recycling bins on the beach, sort of all waste, recycled paper ...

A gay lifestyle and friendly when you feel in harmony with nature. In the open space on the bar and facing the sea, everything is designed with a dynamic approach to " live together ". The restaurant offers a kitchen light, healthy and organic for all. The entry fee of € 10 entitles a glass of wine tasting in kwartz (Pro-Tasting of Chefs & Sommeliers) at their own pace to discover the different wines available for sale. On one side growers concerned about their environment and engaged in
Biodynamics, who defend the identity of their land, their expertise, their wine. The other of "consommacteurs" concerned with the ecology and biodiversity, looking happy and healthy pleasures of natural wines and feel of the meeting with the producers. Wine merchants, sommeliers, restaurant owners, agents are invited to the evening of Sunday.
