Diligent reading of the site Rue89 and blog of Catherine Bernard : Bottling, sometimes I'll be a little late to react. The last article entitled " Wine of speculation against local wine "made me want to do something, I also, my comment.
If the feather caresses the skin, it also leaves on paper, even virtual, writings amazing.
So why seek quarrels as we speak so frankly of "merit"?
It is so simple yet to be curious, to want to taste a wine , to go with a story, meet a man or a woman, marveling at the foot of his barrels, eager to take you to vineyards, show you the land, its size, all this work, the work force.
So do not ... again, guided or not, by a wine merchant , an article here, a shop, a friend, another, but go forward a little, light spirit, with envy.
You certainly enjoy amazing wines, bottles, companion flavors unknown, and although sometimes you will be disappointed, there is more to gain than to remain open in the corner.
What a luxury we can meet them. Imagine a baker you about his wheat field and how to cultivate. Unthinkable!
I have yet discovered this week of new modern adventurers, happy to enjoy their first vintage, yet excited for the risk taken, the result approached, the initial challenge, even here in the heart of the vineyards of Languedoc . And if so, I confirm it, I ask them if they are certified "Organic", what a pleasure to learn how they do, such as what is the use of nettles, horsetails , onions and essential oils for viticulture. If you are not open minded, sure, you will think right away that this is hogwash. This is just how men remain on site while others argue.
