Stunning!

The job provided some fantastic both days. This was the case for making us the first time at Millesime Bio which was held from 28 to 30 January 2008 at the Parc des Expositions Perpignan. Organized by the inter-professional association of organic wines from the Languedoc Roussillon (AIVB-LR), the trade show hosted nearly 250 exhibitors, mainly from France, Spain and Italy.
Wine or Wine from Organic farming products must be authentic, and for that it must meet the requirements of European regulations of 24 June 1991. It imposes particular, a vine growing out of all synthetic chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides to be certified by an approved body, Ecocert in France. Against in-game, after three years, the bottle may contain the words: "wine made from grapes of Agriculture "with the logo:

We thus find ourselves faced with several hundred vintages, lined up on tables covered with white cloths, each defended by its owner, usually a couple of , Mr. and Mrs., who are quick to seduce you and you prevail in their tracks.
The process of producing an organic wine highlights, of course, a strong commitment to restoring a great importance to natural factors. Each discussion gives an opportunity to defend an approach of respect for biodiversity.
Make an , it's obviously going to the trouble, take a risk, dare to be different from the natural expression of a grape and a . Certainly, in the wine world, all producers with the same philosophy does not force to be under the banner Bio. The advantage here is that you are sure to follow up this approach. And it was an opportunity to see that there are growers of this ilk everywhere even in France in Burgundy or Bordeaux!
What is also striking, but it is not related to organic nature, these are the labels on bottles. The classic remains a rule imposed for areas Bordeaux and Burgundy. The market does not appear to be surprised by the wine coating on these two great lands. Conversely, all foreign wines and those of Languedoc Roussillon brought novelty and inventiveness. The Italians deploy an impressive imagination. At the sight of a whole range of wine, you, facing you, a motley patchwork of color. Some speak of Marketing, with a negative connotation, other creative, young, expression of identity!

You will soon have some articles about some winemakers met at the show. There are characters that it is imperative to know! You will find them also, with pleasure, in the selection of wines Packages ShowVin .
